-- ACTION ITEM: (CCL Central) MUST get invitations out to Archbishops! Arkansas thinks just a supporting priest if going to the convention. They had no idea that the Archbishop might be invited. Have letters going out inviting priests in the next few weeks, but Bishops have not yet been invited…
n child care : ropes course nature trail outdoor sports, museum tours, how to use lariat. Need to find one more person. Currently have 3 for 8-10 persons. May get nun from Monte Casino, and maybe an seminarian. (pray for dry weather)
n trans: got our first transportation reservation. (in by air) working on getting drivers. Probably have 2 vans and 4 drivers. May need some car seats? Will check on that as coordinate with air travelers.
n 13-15 year olds same activities as 8-10, but different days/times.
n Debra: angela working on teens too. Coordinating talks. Fr. Lawrence and sr. veronica here on campus will be speaking to teens as well. Need about 6 teen helpers. Need 32 for fr. Paul. Budgeted $2/hour for teen helpers (plus lunch provided). Prefer to have people who will be here 2 ˝ days. Hours will be 8:00, and finished by 6:00p.m. 1:45 for lunch. Wed 8:00 to 11:15 Action: need to pin down check-in/out times. Have another nun from Villa Theresa Carmelite bunch going to help.
n Registration: thanks to everyone for checking materials. Wondering if teens might want to work as “bellhops” special t-shirts, get tips for helping people unpack, etc. 21 families registers. $4,000 (of $6,000), 89 people, collected 40 meals.
n Publicity: Diocese; dodge city, dallas, Amarillo, Wichita, etc. article in their newpaper about convention. Have done letter to priests in okc and Tulsa, Wichita, and Little Rock. Passed out brochures and have copies of advertisements. Will put copy on public portion of web site. Will create a “poster” (next size larger than 8 ˝ x 11) for churches, diocese centers, etc. will get article in paper. Will not buy newspaper advertisements – will use money to buy posters. Debra has Daily Oklahoman contact that is very supportive.
n Joan: Need advertisements. 1 April is pretty much cutoff for advertisements. Any schedules, etc. you want in the book have to get to Joan. Needs bios and photos of all the speakers NOW. Will ask book editor if he can get agenda and talk schedules off web site, if not, Oscar will provide.
n Zonker: passed out list of current people who have advertised but not sent info. Needs follow up by seller. Change address to P.O box 464. He will mail a letter if any of you have names you want to get an advertisement letter.
n Colleen: sold big ad. Got new brochures from Shawnee coc. Worked with ok dept of tourism. Got lots of materials coming (old okla today magazines, etc.) going to provide registration bags with local info, magnets, pencils or similar stuff.
Susan: t-shirts report. Put t-shirt order form more prominent in registration on web. Table and chair report. No skirts on dining room tables. Deposit packet sent to banworth. Contacted a/v. have sales script. Will put on committee only area of web.
2 or more traditional priest will need place to say their own daily mass. Maybe need to talk with pat.

Kristi; obu has key card. Get key cards here when register. Then just go to room over at obu. We will make the call on sgu or obu. Will have linens in rooms. Up to 2 children on floor if bring own stuff (under 1 year doesn’t count). (same at sgu and obu). Will find out about connecting bathrooms, etc. at obu. Will reserve 150-200 rooms at obu. Got most maps (hardcopy). They will send electronic.
