Friends of Bolivia has organized an annual medical mission trip to the Republic of Bolivia for the past 12 years. Each year Friends of Bolivia arranged for a team of American doctors, dentists, pharmacists, nurses and support staff to meet up with its Bolivian team to serve the impoverished areas in Bolivia for a seven to ten day medical mission. They gave treatment and medicines without charge to thousands of needy people on each trip. Friends of Bolivia has also sponsored a number of Surgical Missions to the country.
